I'm Jessica Amber Barnum (Jess). I'm a Teacher & Writer. 

My sessions hold a tender space for us to root ourselves in belonging and healing with a sacred medley of Reiki, Animal Reiki, and writing. 

We are stardust energy. We are spirit. We are sound resonance. We are the power of our words. We are the sacred story of compassionate beings held in a circle of belonging.  We are the collective frequency of "Om" and Oneness.
